A Readiness Assessment determines the ability and capacity of a business to leverage, adapt/pivot, integrate, scale products/services, and streamline operations with GenAI.

We had a lively, interactive session with lots of questions and insights. Attendees learned that one approach does not fit all companies, but there are common elements that apply to all companies.


Attendees also learned that most companies are still exploring and experimenting with generative AI tools so FOMO is misplaced for now. However, there has been rapid adoption across most business sectors so it is time for leadership laggards to step up and identify the opportunities GenAI brings to their companies.

  1. Identify risks GenAI presents to your business data, security, and moat.

  2. Create a GenAI Governance Policy.

  3. Perform a GenAI Readiness Assessment.

  4. Engage a GenAI adoption services consultant/company to help with steps 1 - 3.
